To register your child for Camp Reece, please click the “Register Now” button below and complete the online registration form. The deadline to register for Summer 2020 is May 30th.
A deposit of $500 is due at this time and can be paid by credit card. This process reserves a tentative place for your child and does not guarantee that your child is accepted. Once you have completed the registration form, we ask that you email us your child’s IEP and most recent Psychological Report along with any other information you feel will be helpful to us in getting to know your child. All of this information helps us group your child with campers of similar ages, and abilities. Development of the whole child is our goal. We work hard at improving the daily living, social, and life skills of our campers, while giving them a happy and memorable summer of their life.
Once we have a complete the online registration process, please email your child’s I.E.P., and a recent Psychological report to lisa.howles@campreece.org, Our clinical team will review this information then schedule an interview with yourself and your child. This is part of the registration process to determine if we can meet your child’s needs and if your child will be a good fit at Camp Reece. This informal interview not only allows us to get to know your child better but to also provide a forum where we can answer any of your more specific questions that you may have:
* The camp program
* The camper’s areas of strength and areas of need to be addressed during the program
* Parental input and questions
* A review of all documentation received
If at this interview, or up to 5 days after, it is determined by the camp director or the family that Camp Reece is not suitable for your child your deposit will be refunded in full. An initial deposit is needed to hold a tentative place for your child. If you would like to talk with us further before beginning the registration process please contact us and we will happily answer any questions you may have regarding the program, or your child’s potential enrollment.
