RISE - Responsibility, Independence, Skills, Experience
The 6-week Reece RISE Program is designed for teens who are ready to step into greater responsibility and grow beyond the traditional camper experience. Through meaningful work and increased expectations, participants begin to see themselves as contributing members of the camp community.
RISE focuses on building independence, developing practical skills, and gaining real-world experience in a supportive environment. These four pillars work together to help teens build confidence, accountability, and readiness for what comes next, both at camp and beyond.

What makes a Rising camper?
Rising Campers are current Camp Reece campers who have spent at least two summers immersed in our community. Participants must be 16 years or older and eager to challenge themselves, grow as leaders, and take on increased responsibility.
Rising Campers are curious, dependable, and open to feedback—and they’re excited to learn what it means to show up as a role model within the camp environment.
